The writers of ‘The Hangover’ have done it again. The movie stars Justin Chon as Jeff Chang, a good student who always seems to do as he is told. It is his 21 birthday, and has no interest to party. Due to the fact that he has an important medical school interview early the next morning. His two best friends; Miller and Casey played by Miles Teller and Skylar Astin, surprise him for his 21st birthday. Chang decides to let loose and have one drink. What he thought would be a night of one beer ended up being a night filled with drinks, drinks, and more drinks. Leading to events that only the writer of ‘The Hangover’ can think about. ‘21 & Over’ is in no way a serious movie with a deep thought. It’s meant to be funny with young characters that want to live life to the fullest. It is a night that every 21 year old looks forward too. ‘21 & Over’ is a must see movie that will not disappoint.
