Preview: Music Medicine
The RHC Student Health and Psychological Services will be hosting a free and “uniquely fun workshop” entitled Music Medicine on Mar. 9.
Presented by music therapist Katherine Halliwell, the workshop will help participants achieve emotional fluidity and an overall sense of well-being through music.
Participants will also learn to decode music listening habits, identify music to support your overall well-being, and participate in a guided music therapy experience to promote rejuvenation.
The workshop will take place at 12 p.m. in SU 201.
