The 2026 LA County Fair returned to the Fairplex this spring, bringing thousands of visitors together for plenty of entertainment.
The fair, one of Southern California’s largest annual events, gave students and families a chance to experience live attractions during the busy end of the semester.
This year’s fair featured carnival rides, concerts, games and dozens of food vendors across the fairgrounds.
Attendees walked through the area, trying new foods and enjoying the warm weather while live music played throughout the venue.
Popular attractions included giant roller coasters, livestock exhibits and interactive activities for younger visitors.
Many fairgoers said the event provided a break from school and work stress.
College students from across LA County attended with friends and family, using the fair as an opportunity to relax before finals begin.
Local resident and university student Jacob Perez, gave his thoughts on the annual fair.
“I always attend the LA County Fair because I get a chance to relieve stress from school and spend time with friends and family,” Perez said.
Food remained one of the biggest attractions at the fair. Vendors sold classic fair items such as funnel cakes, turkey legs and barbecue plates.
Plenty of oversized food was the main attraction for people going to the fair.
The fair also highlighted local culture and entertainment through community performances and exhibits.
Live bands and dance groups performed for crowds throughout the weekend, creating an energetic atmosphere across the fair.
Families explored agricultural displays and educational exhibits that connected visitors to the county’s farming history.
As the sun set, the fairgrounds lit up with colorful ride lights and packed midway games.
Visitors continued filling the walkways late into the evening as music echoed through the venue.
The LA County Fair continues to be one of the most fun events, bringing people entertainment, food and attractions each year.
For many attendees, the fair offered an experience and a chance to enjoy one of Southern California’s biggest celebrations before the start of summer begins.
