Jordan Salcido, Online Editor-in-Chief
Jordan Salcido is a first-year student at Rio Hondo College studying Mass Communications. She’s interested in exploring the power of storytelling and media to support efforts that center community, justice and equity. When she was 13, her grandmother bought her a digital camera that she took with her everywhere. At the time she may not have realized it, but taking photos helped her to make sense of the world around her. As she develops her professional experience, she hopes to use her skills to give back and contribute to her community in a meaningful way.
